Privacy and data requests

If your message is about personal data — for example, a request to access, correct, or delete information, or a question about how we use cookies — please include "Privacy" in the subject line and send it to the same address. This helps us route data-subject requests correctly. Before replying with any personal information, we may ask you to confirm your identity in a reasonable way.

Press, partnerships, and advertising

For media enquiries, advertising enquiries outside of our standard ad network, or partnership proposals, please use the same email address with "Press" or "Partnership" in the subject line. We can usually share a short statement or background on the template library within a few business days.

What we can't help with

We can help you download and use the templates themselves, but we cannot prepare your invoices for you, provide tax advice, or review specific invoicing disputes.
