Free Service Invoice Template
Service businesses bill for visits and call-outs, so this template puts the service date on every line and adds a service-location field to the header. One invoice can cover a single call-out or several visits in a month.
It fits repair and maintenance companies, IT support, pest control, appliance repair, pool service and other businesses that send a technician to the customer.
What's in the template

Tips for service invoices
Put parts on their own line
List the labor and each part separately; customers are more comfortable paying for parts they can see.
Use Due on receipt for one-off customers
For household customers it is normal to ask for payment when the job is done. See what Due upon receipt means.
Recurring contracts
For maintenance contracts, invoice monthly and list each visit date so the customer can match it to their records.
Frequently asked questions

Do I charge sales tax on services?
